Take all reasonable positive action steps to encourage greater participation and involvement of all members of Afar Community Association UK in key decision- making structures or process, such as Organisation Management and Project development and service delivery.

The Management Committee and members of ACA shall strictly abide by the statement hereby laid within this Policy and shall and endeavour to ensure implementation at all levels.

This is an official "EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES POLICY" of the Afar Community Association in UK and every individuals or members, or volunteers of Afar Community Association UK are required to abide with its contents fully.
