FREELANCE EMPLOYEE STATEMENT

 

As a freelance employee of Afar Community Association in UK, I hereby acknowledge and certify that:

 

I have read and understand the Code of Business Conduct (the “Code of Professional Conduct of ACA”) its General Terms of Employment. I have complied, and will comply, with all provisions of the Code during my employment with ACA. Except as I have disclosed below, I have no knowledge of any violation of the Code. I have disclosed below the identities of any suppliers, customers of ACA, or other third parties, in which I have an interest or from which I receive a benefit that may create a conflict between my personal interests and the interests of ACA.

 

I have also read and understand the Statement of Charity Policy Regarding Insider Charitable Investment and agree to comply with such Statement of ACA Policy; and I have made inquiry or otherwise confirmed the applicability or inapplicability to me of ACA’s Quiet or Proportional Period Policy. If applicable to me, I will comply with ACA’s stated Policy.
